SCRIPTWRITING AT TY NEWYDD 2003 National Writers' Centre for Wales Lloyd George's Last Home overlooking Cardigan Bay BEYOND THE FIRST DRAFT WRITING FOR THEATRE AND RADIO (Course 10 on the Ty Newydd programme) July 28 - August 2 Bill Hopkinson and Kaite O'Reilly Writing is all about rewriting. This course focuses on redrafting work-in-progress and clarifying intention, form and dramatic structure. This is an extended course, with the opportunity for people to submit work and receive written comment from the tutors before and after the course. Full details are available from Ty Newydd. BILL HOPKINSON is an award-winning director who is currently Development Director for Wales' national new writing company Sgript Cymru. KAITE O'REILLY writes for theatre, radio and film and works internationally as a dramaturg and tutor for performance writing.
