Make up of the new cuture committe at the National Assembly is announced |

The Committee's remit is based on the portfolio of the Minister for Culture, Sport and the Welsh Language, Jenny Randerson. The Minister's portfolio embraces: Arts and Culture Museums and Libraries The Languages of Wales Media and Broadcasting Sport and Recreation Lottery issues The Committee has oversight responsibilities for the following Assembly Sponsored Public Bodies: National Museums and Galleries of Wales The Council of Museums Wales The National Library of Wales The Sports Council of Wales The Arts Council of Wales The Library and Information Services Council (Wales) The Welsh Language Board The Welsh Books Council The Committee has a twelve-month rolling programme of work, which can be accessed by clicking here.
