The Information Commissioner has published a two part report, ‘Guidance to the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003’, outlining the new regulations which come into force on 11th December 2003. The new rules will affect electronic marketing, and other privacy issues in electronic communications.
