Ty Newydd, the National Writers Centre for Wales, at Llanystumdwy, near Cricieth, is holding three weekend courses for Welsh-language writers at the beginning of 2004. Details of the courses are as follows: 23rd - 25th January - 'Allan o'r Drôr'- A course specifically for those who have work 'on the go'. Participants are asked to send in work beforehand. Contact the centre for further details. Tutors: Manon Rhys and Eigra Lewis Roberts. 6th - 8th February - 'Stori Dda' - An opportunity to work on all types of prose, but with the emphasis on storyline and plot. Tutors: Bethan Gwanas and Margiad Roberts. 12th - 14th March - A poetry course - Open to poets and budding poets, experienced and inexperienced. Tutors: Mererid Hopwood and Iwan Llwyd.
