| Voted white face clown of the year in 2000, by Clowns International, Franco has performed his walkabout act from Philadelphia to Tbilisi, via most of mainland Europe and the UK. He has enlivened many a festival with his engaging mix of banter, 'worthy of the Marx Bros', mime, dance and magic. On stage, he performed last year with the WNO in 'I Pagliacci'and at Glyndebourne in the Circus scene in 'The Bartered Bride'. |
