A balance of spontaneity, charisma and a high physical energy have been said to bring an edge and clear sense of vision to my work within the dance sector. My core skills are deeply routed in the performance and practice of dance which has enable diversity to emerge through my methodology, choreography and teaching of dance. I also displayed talent in establishing and implementing a tightly run administration in the founding of North East Wales Dance; whilst leading with a lucid artistic vision. Over the last five years in conjunction with my ongoing artistic expression, I have gained knowledge and experience in the cultivation of a business and charity; general management, and artistic planning whilst generating further skills in areas such as strategy; human resources, finance and IT. I am a conscientious and dedicated dance artist/manager with an established professional career spanning sixteen years.

I co-wrote, Diversion Dance Company's first Education Pack, based on choreography by Bill T Jones (published in March 1999); and created a performance in education project 'Swyrl-y-tworld' in 2003. I have devised a Basics Training Scheme aimed at improving youth skills in dance, and have headed since 2003 the North Wales Diversions Associate Scheme for local youth participants.

I have taught dance to all ages, from pre-school to senior citizens; including persons who are physically challenged and professional dance artists. My teaching methodology is centred on classical ballet, contemporary, yoga and Tai Chi influences; with emphasis on repertoire and performance based work, and always striving for high standards in the practice and discipline of dance essential to my philosophy. I can also teach various social dance styles including salsa.
