| venue policy | Wrexham Musical Theatre Society is a small Studio Theatre with a seating capacity of 120 which is ideally suited to a variety of small shows, musicals, lectures plus other similar events. Throughout the year the theatre hosts both adult and youth productions and is also available for outside hire, not only for theatre use. |
| technical details | The stage is purpose built for our Studio Theatre. The fixed stage measures 7900mm x 3500mm and can be extended by 1220mm to 7900mm x 4720mm. The proscenium height is 2275mm. Wing space stage right only. There is a house curtain operated manually from stage right and can be located either front of stage or at centre stage positions. There is no head room for flying in back cloths so there is a double curtain track is located across the rear of the stage and off into the wings to allow for back cloths to be pulled on and off stage. |
