A new fringe theatre in the centre of Brighton is accepting proposals for the 2005 Brighton Festival Fringe. The theatre offers a 60-seat capacity - with a playing area of approximately 8 x 6 metres. The new space offers dressing rooms, a small back-stage area and a fully staffed bar. The Festival will mainly consider pieces that run for up to 1 hr although some 90 minute slots are available. Hire fees range from £225 to £590 per slot, per week, plus a box office percentage. All enquiries will be responded to on a strictly 'first-come-first-served' basis.
