As part of term two, students of the Academy of Musical Theatre Wales will be performing the play 'Roberto Zucco', Directed by AMT-Wales Head of Drama - Jamie Lee, at Llanover Hall in Cardiff from Thursday 10th March - Saturday 12th March 2005. Roberto Zucco by Bernard-Marie Koltes tells the story of real life murderer; Roberto Succo, France?s number one most wanted man during the late 80's. Told through a series of poetic, fast moving scenes, Koltes Takes his hero on a mythical journey through a landscape of strange and violent beauty. This contemporary play, first presented in Britain in 1997 by the RSC, is a cracking example of the power of modern day theatre to entertain, shock and intrigue. Presented with the use of up to the minute theatrical techniques including live and pre recorded video, projection and sound this production is a must for anyone.
