Feather and Spangle

Feather & Spangle

By Sam Gough

Directed by Jamie Lee

“We’re not in Kansas anymore…”

New Welsh writer Sam Gough’s latest creation is a “back to the old days” traditional piece of theatre comedy using totally live music and song. (Music by Tim Whiting)

Drew Baker, principal of Wales’ newest professional theatre school AMT-Wales heads the duo cast as long suffering drag artiste Gloria L’amour (one half of “Two of a Kind”) with another Welsh talent Cian Marc as his suffering dresser Joe.

Expect to see tantrums, tiaras, plenty of West End and Broadway songs and full drag in this bittersweet comedy of lost stardom, love, jealousy, rivalry and much more.

Feather and Spangle returns to Llanover Hall Arts Centre (Romilly Road, Cardiff) on Friday 11th and Saturday 12th November 2005. (7.30pm)

Tickets £5 on the night.
