AMT-Wales Comedy Cabaret Night!
|
Friday 18th November 2005
7.30pm
AMT-Wales, Newport
Wales' newest professional theatre school hosts a great cabaret night each month, and this week sees the return of "Comedy Cabaret" produced by AMT Wales' Head of Drama (and Actorsworkshop's Artistic Director) Jamie Lee.
A mixture of brand new sketches, live impro, duets, comedy songs and free wine! What more could you want?
Tickets cost just £5 (which includes a glass of wine or orange juice). These can be bought on the door. And, if you fancy a drink, then you'll be pleased to know that the venue is just 3 minutes from Newport Train station (which, from Cardiff, is only 13 mins away!) Trains run from Cardiff Central roughly every 20 minutes.
Directions to venue from station:
Come out of Newport train station, and turn right into the subway. When you get to the bottom of the steps take another right and follow the subway ‘til the other side. Cross over the road and bear right up the hill past the shop and garage and continue a few more minutes 'til you get to the venue (1 Queens Hill Crescent), which is next to the school.
