The Berkshire Venues Consortium (South Hill Park, Bracknell; Norden Farm Centre for the Arts, Maidenhead; South Street, Reading & Corn Exchange, Newbury) are seeking four outstanding new pieces of theatre/comedy theatre to feature in their annual week of Edinburgh previews, Around the Fringes. To qualify, shows must be going to the Edinburgh Festival this year, and should also be 'new' shows. Work that has been performed as a finished piece, or that has toured previously will not be eligible. Each show will be performed once in each venue, from Wednesday 19 to Saturday 22 July 2006. Rehearsal/tech space will also be made available on Monday 17 & Tuesday 18 July if required. This is a great opportunity to try out new work in a supportive environment, as well as fine-tuning your get-ins/outs. If you are interested, please send details of your show confirming its eligibility to: annabel.turpin@nordenfarm.org |
