The Riverfront is delighted to announce that Kenneth Branagh’s hit comedy THE PLAY WHAT I WROTE will be performed in Newport for the first time from Monday 23 – Wednesday 25 October at 7.30pm. This triumphant comedy is Branagh’s multi-award winning celebration of Britain’s greatest comedy double act Morecambe and Wise. THE PLAY WHAT I WROTE opened in London’s West End, where every single review was a rave, every show a sell out and it won every major theatre award. It’s the only show with a surprise celebrity guest at every performance – Who will you see the night you see the biggest hit of all time? This will be the only chance you get to see this wonderful production in Wales in 2006 as it is only visiting The Riverfront in Newport! Ticket prices are £16.50 and £12.50 with Reductions available. To Book contact the Box Office on 01633 656757. |
