Final Cut: New Work by award winning choreographer Sandra Harnisch - Lacey
Following the growing success of More than Just a Jelly Baby, which toured across Wales, Europe and Canada, Cardiff based company Harnischlacey Dance Theatre are delighted to be performing at Pontiets Welfare Hall, Carmarthenshire, presenting their latest work- a stunning montage of dance, text, live film and music.
Final Cut invites the audience to follow the character into her world of the silent movie, where the game of perception, self image and identity can begin.
On this occasion the company dancers will be joined by dance students from Ysgol Bro Myrddin, Ysgol Gyfun Y Strade, Ysgol Gyfun Maes Yr Yrfa and dance practitioners working within Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire.
"Final Cut, a visually stunning piece
an assemblage of movement, music and video
witty and spohisticated"
Western Mail
"Final Cut - exotic, dark and tender on a bed of humorous silent cinema"
