Turbo-charged Circus Exclusive In Brecon
|
This September, award winning and critically acclaimed NoFit State Circus presents their latest production - tabú - standing on the edge of the wilderness – on the Watton Playing Field next to Theatr Brycheiniog, Brecon.
NoFit State Circus will be back in Wales following a sell-out European tour that included shows in France, Holland and Portugal.
Cardiff-based NoFit State is the leading UK contemporary circus company and their last production Immortal achieved cult status on the European circus circuit and won prestigious awards at several international festivals.
Their giant silver spaceship big top will be parked outside Theatr Brychieniog from 12-20 September and this is the only chance to see the full-blown show in Wales this year.
Combining cutting edge circus, performance, live music, and video the audience enter the tent and become immersed in a promenade circus event taking place above, around and amongst the audience in an explosion of furious fun and choreographed mayhem.
‘Audiences will have to leave their circus preconceptions behind when they come to see NoFit State,’ said company marketing manager Ali Williams. ‘ I can promise them a turbo charged, ninety-minute, life-changing roller-coaster ride.’
NoFit State Circus presents tabú - standing on the edge of the wilderness on the Watton Playing Field from Friday 12 to Saturday 20 September (not Monday 15) at 8pm. Tickets are available from Theatr Brycheiniog in person at the box office or by telephone on 01874 611622. Tickets cost £14/£10 with family tickets and group deals available.
