WHEN the arts programme Double Yellow was launched earlier this year, it seemed to have all the ingredients to be a success. BBC Wales promised viewers that the three young, vibrant presenters - an actress (Rakie Ayola), a poet (Owen Sheers) and a performance artist (Marc Rees) - would be working on a broad canvas, covering everything from poetry to music. But just five months later, the programme has been dropped midway through its second series.
