Come and explore the hidden stories of AfricaTheatre 1.618 presents ‘The Children of Africa’. This one off event will be an informal celebration of fascinating and uplifting stories from Africa. In this collaboration with established and emerging writers Greg Cullen (Writer & Director), Alan Harris, Carmen Medway-Stephens, Dylan Moore, Foster Marks and Bambo Soynika with Directors Elise Davison, Sarah Bawler and Maria Morancho will bring to you an evening of true testimonies from Africa. There will be script in hand performances, Storytelling, The Bute Town Choir and dance all in aid to raise funds for children who have been orphaned by Aids. Sunday 27th February 7pm @ Chapter Arts Centre, Cardiff: The Media Point The event co-insides with World Orphan Week, the price of the ticket will go to the charity SOS Children who are the world’s largest orphaned and abandoned children charity.
