One follows fate and coincidence, the other reason and logic. Their fateful meeting challenges their beliefs and changes the course of their journey. The witty banter of these polar opposite characters balances the comedy and the suspense in Richard Parker. 3D Theatre Company was established in the summer of 2003 at Aberystwyth University by three friends who shared the same interest and enthusiasm for one thing – theatre. Nia Wyn Jones, Hannah Wynn Jones and Catrin Wyn Jones, (all unrelated) started as good friends, and now as business partners have seen their creation go from strength to strength. As the company grows, so too does the drive and determination of the core founders, who continue to attract new and emerging talent to work alongside them. It is this co-operation which embodies the ethos of the company – to offer new writers and performers a platform and opportunity to show audiences exactly what they’re made of.
