Legendary Stand-Up Comic, Performance Poet, Musician and Radio 4 Veteran John Hegley is performing his latest show, “BEYOND OUR KENNEL”.
This will be John’s third visit to Llanover (his favourite venue in Cardiff!) after his brilliant performance of “Monsieur Robinet” in Oct 2011 and for the “Junket Club” in 2010.
John Hegley is a regular sell-out at The Edinburgh Festival. He has performed at the Montreal Comedy Festival, the USA Comedy Festival in Aspen, with Ulrika Jonsson & Anita Dobson in The Pyjama Game and on BBC R4's Hearing With Hegley.
John Hegley is widely known as one of the country's most innovative comic poets with several best-selling volumes of poetry to his name.
This year, he’ll be combining his performance with a workshop for young people of any age, 7 and over, in the afternoon from 2-3.30pm, price £10 per child (accompanying adult not charged). Come along, learn from the best in a combined poetry and drawing session, full of giggles and doodles.
Tickets for "Beyond our Kennel" cost £12 full or £6 Concessions.
