A Unique Sharing: Ian Rowland’s new piece Troyanne.
|
Come to Chapter Arts Centre on the first week of October to witness a unique theatre event.
Company of Sirens together with Chapter Arts and Arts Council Wales present the Welsh presentation of Ian Rowland’s new piece Troyanne.
Developed with the writer in New York from testimony gathered in the neighbourhood of Troy Ohio, Troyanne is an immensely topical play exploring the American obsession with guns.
A young man is killed at home in a tragic accident with a handgun leading to a sequence of events that shock a whole community.
Troyanne is being presented in New York simultaneously with the Cardiff presentations providing two separate treatments and viewpoints on a subject that has a day to day relevance for us all.
Production dates in Cardiff are 1st,2nd 3rd,4th and 5th October at 8.00
Seating is limited. Booking 02920304400
