A Networking Day for Arts Professionals Who Work with Young People |
An opportunity to explore the potential for a Youth Arts Network that connects youth arts providers and practitioners across Wales.When: Sunday 2 March 2014 (10am – 4pm) Where: Theatr Felinfach Cost: *FREE* Lunch will be provided The day will comprise: • practical, skill-sharing activities led by fellow-practitioners; • presentation of areas for debate*; • opportunities for discussion and new ideas; • plenary and ‘next steps’. *Areas for debate include: • a Pan-Wales Youth Arts Network – rationale, for whom, how • skill-sharing and support-structures for practitioners • involving the voices and ideas of young people to inform and extend the Network Interested? Please register your intention to attend by emailing nyaw@nyaw.co.uk with Youth Arts Network in the subject-line, indicating (i) a contact telephone number, and (ii) if you would be willing to lead a skill-sharing session. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come/first-served basis.
