Free Parkour dance workshops for the over 50s     

Free Parkour dance workshops for the over 50s The first Parkour workshops in Wales designed specifically for older people!


The workshops will teach the principles of Parkour, overcoming physical obstacles in an urban environment, and encourage older people to rediscover Cardiff Bay’s urban playground!

After a brief dance warm-up, the session moves outside where everything from railings to children’s climbing frame are utilised in the pursuit of keeping older people active and limber.

First workshop aimed at complete beginners but who are still physically active
