Tan Dance brings community event to Taliesin
|
Swansea based Community Dance organisation TAN Dance, known for it's cutting edge projects and performance work, invites people to share in a world of fear, danger, dislocation and loss but also hope for a better tomorrow in this moving Dance Theatre production.

Performed by local people, both indigenous and from other lands, Broken Free is choreographed by TAN's Artistic Director, Carol Brown, and choreographer & filmmaker Chris Lewis Smith.
Live music is directed by Kate Courage and film produced by Chris Lewis Smith. Written material for the production has been developed with locally placed asylum seekers by writer and poet John Howell Jenkins assisted by interpreter Sylvie Butterbach.
