|
The One-Act Playwright Competition aims to encourage the writing of plays for theatre in English and Welsh. Plays must be one act in length and can be written in either English or Welsh, though material produced for radio or television will not be accepted.
The winner will receive £125 with a second prize of £65 and third prize of £35. Winners will also receive medals and their work will be considered for publication.
Scripts must be typewritten on one side of the page with double spacing and plays should be intended to last for 20 - 50 minutes. Plays must be unpublished and unperformed, but may have been entered in other competitions.
